Personal data processing policy for the v1tech.ru website

1.General provisions
1.1. This Policy sets out how the personal data of visitors to the https://v1tech.ru website (the Website) is processed. It is published pursuant to part 2 of article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The data controller is V1-TECHNOLOGY LLC (the Company); its details are given in section 9.
1.3. This Policy covers the Website and does not cover the V1T mobile app, for which a separate document applies: https://v1tech.ru/en/privacy/
1.4. Processing is carried out by automated means and includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, adjustment (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data.
1.5. By using the Website, the visitor confirms that they have read this Policy.
2.What data is processed
2.1. Contact form data. When a request is submitted through a form on the Website, the Company receives the name, phone number, e-mail address (if provided) and message text entered by the visitor, together with the subject of the enquiry. Completing the form is voluntary; only the name and phone number are required.
2.2. Web analytics data. The Website uses Yandex.Metrica to collect anonymised visit statistics. The following is processed automatically: IP address, cookies, browser and operating system type and version, screen resolution, referral source, pages viewed, and the time and duration of the visit.
2.3. Technical logs. When the Website is accessed, the server records the IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address and the browser type — in order to keep the Website running and to protect it against attacks.
2.4. Cookies. Cookies are used for analytics and to remember interface preferences. A visitor may disable cookies in their browser settings; some Website features may then not work correctly.
2.5. The Website does not process special categories of personal data (racial origin, political opinions, health and others listed in article 10 of 152-FZ) or biometric personal data.
3.Purposes of processing
- handling requests and enquiries submitted through the Website forms and replying to them;
- preparing a commercial proposal and selecting an equipment package on request;
- keeping anonymised traffic statistics and improving the Website;
- keeping the Website operational and secure.
4.Legal grounds
4.1. Consent of the data subject, which is deemed given when a contact form is submitted voluntarily (clause 1 part 1 article 6 of 152-FZ).
4.2. Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or taking steps to conclude one at the subject's initiative (clause 5 part 1 article 6 of 152-FZ).
4.3. Exercise of the Company's rights and legitimate interests, provided the rights and freedoms of the data subject are not infringed — for technical logs and anonymised statistics (clause 7 part 1 article 6 of 152-FZ).
5.Transfer of data
5.1. The Company does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.
5.2. Web analytics data is processed by YANDEX LLC on the Company's instruction under the terms of the Yandex.Metrica service: https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/
5.3. Individual services placed on the Website by third-party providers (for example, an online consultant widget) operate under the policies of their own right holders.
5.4. The Company does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.
5.5. Data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.Storage and protection
6.1. Personal data is processed and stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation (part 5 article 18 of 152-FZ).
6.2. Data transfer between the visitor's browser and the Website is protected by TLS (HTTPS).
6.3. Request data is kept for no longer than 3 years from the date of the enquiry and is then destroyed. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 12 months. Web analytics data is kept in anonymised form under the terms of the service.
6.4. The Company applies the legal, organisational and technical protection measures required by article 19 of 152-FZ, including access restriction, backups and monitoring of staff actions.
6.5. No decisions producing legal effects for the visitor are taken solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data (article 16 of 152-FZ).
7.Rights of the data subject
7.1. A visitor is entitled to obtain information about the processing of their personal data, to require its adjustment, blocking or destruction, to withdraw consent to processing, and to appeal against the Company's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
7.2. Enquiries are sent to info@v1tech.ru or by post to the address given in section 9. A reply is sent within 30 days of receipt of the enquiry at the latest.

8.Changes to this policy
The Company may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect once published on this page. The current version is always available at https://v1tech.ru/en/privacy-site/ (Russian version: https://v1tech.ru/privacy-site/). In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails.
