Account and data deletion
V1T mobile app (iOS, Android)
1.How accounts work
1.1. The V1T app is a corporate application. There is no self-registration in it: an employee's account is created by their organisation (the Licensee) in the V1T video monitoring system, or by V1-TECHNOLOGY LLC (the Company) on the organisation's instruction.
1.2. Accordingly, an account is deleted by the organisation's administrator or by the Company on request — an account cannot be deleted from within the App itself.
2.How to request deletion
2.1. Option 1 — through your organisation. Contact the V1T system administrator at your organisation: they delete the account themselves in the web interface.
2.2. Option 2 — directly to the Company. Send an e-mail to info@v1tech.ru with the subject «V1T account deletion» and include:
- your login (user name) in the V1T system;
- the name of your organisation;
- contact details for a reply.
2.3. The Company may ask for confirmation that the request comes from the account holder or from an authorised representative of the organisation.
3.Time limits
3.1. A request is registered on the day it is received; a reply is sent within 30 days at the latest.
3.2. The account is blocked as soon as the request is confirmed — access to the App stops immediately.
3.3. Profile data is destroyed within 90 days after the account is blocked.
4.What is deleted
4.1. The following are deleted: login, user name, role, organisation link, session records and access tokens, and the user's saved settings in the system.
4.2. Data on the device (access token, cache, settings) is deleted when the user signs out or uninstalls the App.
4.3. Video recordings and photographs downloaded by the user to the device remain in the device storage and are deleted by the user.
5.What is not deleted, and why
5.1. Monitoring system data — video recordings, photographs, routes, sensor readings — belongs to the client organisation, not to the individual user. The organisation is the controller of this data; the Company processes it on the organisation's instruction. Its retention period is set by the organisation's licence agreement and tariff, and deleting an employee's account does not affect it.
5.2. A request to delete such data is addressed to the client organisation as the controller.
5.3. Information the Company is required by law to retain (for example, accounting and tax records) is kept for the periods established by legislation.
